Consultant or Senior Consultant - eDiscovery – Forensics

 

The opportunity

 

EY Forensic & Integrity Services professionals help organisations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. We assist organisations to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges. This role is based in Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. 

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Provide proactive and accurate end to end support on all eDiscovery projects.  
  • Prepare all data provided from clients for upload into the review platform, including processing data using the Nuix, Relativity and Reveal.  
  • Effectively help to manage projects throughout the entire eDiscovery process and conduct basic forensic analysis tasks including forensic imaging.  
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients to communicate the progress and any issues of all assignments.  
  • Support eDiscovery clients in Relativity and Reveal review platforms and responding to their requests in a timely and accurate manner.  
  • Provide high-quality client deliverables, which offer value and insight for the client.    

 

 

What we look for

 

Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.  

 

  • Proven industry experience within forensic collections.  
  • Strong project management and organisation skills including the ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form.  
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload.  
  • Experience with eDiscovery software and processing software, including Relativity One. 
  • Proficiency in forensic techniques and the most commonly used forensic tools. 
  • Ability to delegate tasks to appropriate inter-department team members.  
  • Assure quality, accuracy and timeliness of all aspect of implementation.  
  • Ability to foster positive and professional relationships at all levels internally and externally.  
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standards exist.   
  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.  
  • Experience within a similar consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
