We excel in managing the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, aligning clients' digital, cybersecurity, and IT strategies with their business goals. Our skilled team supports clients from the beginning, providing strategic analysis and navigating through deal execution. Our services include detailed IT due diligence, post-merger integration, strategic IT separation, and enhancing post-deal value.

We're on the lookout for a Consultant who is eager to be part of our forward-thinking Deal Tech team, providing support to both local and international clients as they evaluate their IT frameworks. As part of the TSE team, you'll provide management consulting throughout the deal lifecycle, analyse IT systems, and offer key insights. Our services cover IT M&A due diligence, IT separation and integration advisory, and post-deal value creation.

• Experience in Management Consulting or Professional Services.
• Understanding of the M&A lifecycle, pre- and post-deal.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with curiosity and creative thinking.
• The capacity to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A readiness to embrace feedback and utilise it to deliver added value.
