The opportunity 

We are looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sydney. Our team are passionate about engaging with students to attract and recruit the best talent to EY. This role is really varied and you'll have the opportunity to bring new ideas and innovate within a supportive team environment. 


Your key responsibilities


  • Work closely with multiple business stakeholders to plan and execute recruitment campaigns to attract the best student talent to EY’s graduate and undergraduate Programs. 
  • Build relationships with university Careers, Faculty and Society stakeholders and deliver presentations and workshops.
  • Plan, organise and facilitate at assessment centres, coordinate induction and support the onboarding process.
  • Manage our early identification, intern and graduate programs as well as student casual hires and student competitions.
  • Post campaign reporting and analysis


Skills and attributes for success


  • Previous experience managing high volume recruitment
  • Confident communicator and presenter with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities. 
  • A passion for campus recruitment.


During campaign periods our campus recruiters need to be flexible to attend the occasional evening events but we work with you to manage and flex your time. 


Ideally, you’ll also have


  • Experience in a campus or student recruitment environment
  • A creative approach to recruitment solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
