As our Oceania Brand and Reputation Leader you will combine proven modern marketing capabilities with deep brand and marketing experience to raise the bar on our brand direction, deliver transformative brand and client engagement programs that significantly grow our share of voice, and engage internal and external audiences in distinctive and creative ways. You’ll lead a team of 20+ brand, employer brand and creative professionals who are all striving to build an exceptional brand experience of EY in Oceania. And you’ll contribute to the Oceania Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) leadership team to help drive the overall BMC strategy for the region.

 

Reporting to EY Oceania’s Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader, you will play a senior leadership role in a team of seasoned brand and creative professionals. Equal parts strategist and expert doer, you will go beyond employing foundational brand strategies to increase market visibility through new ideas, a long-term focus and compelling storytelling.

 

This fantastic opportunity will be offered on a 12-month contract basis.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven brand expertise and a passion for building brand strategies and programs, internally and externally, from the ground up. 
  • 15+ years B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; professional services and B2B brand experience is a strong asset. 
  • Proven experience in people leadership, managing diverse teams across multiple geographies
  • Proven experience in brand management, reputation management, or corporate communications, with a track record of success.
  • Track record of developing leading edge brand, content and client engagement strategies complemented by outstanding delivery of outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
