Brand and Marketing Manager
The opportunity
As our Brand and Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical part in delivering integrated, multi-channel brand and marketing programs that strengthen the EY-Parthenon brand in Oceania.
To help us bring our content and channel strategy to life this role requires end-to-end campaign management from concept through to execution. Supporting the EY-Parthenon Senior Brand and Marketing Manager, you will act as a trusted marketing advisor that delivers distinctive, insight-led campaigns that drive brand awareness, build trust and credibility. This role is suited to a highly motivated brand and marcomms professional with a background in content development and execution.
This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Work as part of a core team to shape, manage and deliver multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns that build brand recognition for EY-Parthenon. You will develop and deliver multi-channel content including thought leadership, amplification campaigns, events, digital assets and communications.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets and resources ensuring delivery to scope, quality and deadlines.
- Establish KPIs, analyse performance data and apply insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate across Brand, Content, Digital, Communications and Global BMC teams and manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and strong understanding of advanced marketing principles including brand, content, digital and data-driven marketing.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for senior audiences.
- Comfort using AI, analytics and emerging tools to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- High attention to detail with excellent project and budget management skills.
- Understanding of social media, video and digital platforms and paid media landscape.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Innovative problem solver with the ability to create new and effective solutions to a variety of problems.
