Associate Partner - Solution Architect – AI Transformation (EY- Microsoft Alliance)
The Opportunity
At EY, we are redefining how organisations transform through technology. As an Associate Partner – Microsoft Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end AI and digital transformation programs for our most strategic clients, helping them evolve into Frontier Firms.
Working at the intersection of industry, technology and transformation, you will combine deep sector expertise with Microsoft platform capabilities and EY’s global transformation assets to deliver tangible business outcomes at scale. This is a leadership role that moves beyond solution design to value realisation, ecosystem orchestration and executive influence.
We’re looking for individuals who are innovative, commercially minded, and outcome-focused, with a passion for helping clients transform through AI and emerging technologies. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a balance of vision, execution and client impact.
This role goes beyond traditional solution architecture. You will operate as a Transformation Architect and Ecosystem Orchestrator, combining sector insight, Microsoft innovation, and EY’s global capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead AI‑driven transformation: Deliver large-scale AI and digital programs using Microsoft technologies, translating business strategy into secure, scalable architectures.
- Sector-led solutioning: Anchor solutions in industry value drivers and partner with sector leaders to build differentiated, frontier-aligned propositions.
- Architecture & value realisation: Own end-to-end solution design, driving roadmaps, reference architectures, and reusable patterns to accelerate outcomes.
- Delivery & risk accountability: Lead program execution with full ownership of scope, timeline, risks, and outcomes, mobilising global capabilities to resolve challenges.
- EY–Microsoft alliance orchestration: Integrate EY and Microsoft assets, teams, and innovation to deliver seamless, end-to-end transformation.
- Stakeholder & practice leadership: Engage C-suite stakeholders, translate complex concepts into clear narratives, and contribute to go-to-market, thought leadership, and team development.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to business value
- Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex environments
- Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate as a trusted advisor at executive level
- Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft-based solutions (Azure, AI, Data, Power Platform, Dynamics)
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs in a consulting or advisory environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions

- Microsoft certifications across Azure / AI / Dynamics / Power Platform
- Deep expertise in at least one priority industry sector
- Experience contributing to practice growth, pursuits, and alliance development
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach and develop teams
