The opportunity
As our Alliances and Managed Services Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping, executing and optimising marketing programs that support EY Oceania’s Alliances and Managed Services growth priorities.
Working closely with the Alliances and Managed Services Marketing Leader, this role is responsible for translating strategy into high-quality, well-run programs across campaigns, events, content and partner activations. The role acts as a day-to-day driver of delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed with discipline, pace and measurable impact.
This position is suited to an experienced B2B marketing professional with strong program management, stakeholder engagement and performance tracking capability, who is comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast paced professional services environment.
This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Alliances and Managed Services marketing programs, including campaigns, events, content and partner activations.
- Translate agreed strategies and priorities into clear plans, timelines and execution roadmaps
- Act as a day‑to‑day marketing partner to Alliances and Managed Services stakeholders, supporting their priorities and helping them navigate marketing pathways.
- Support the development of multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to agreed business priorities and client journeys. Manage briefing, development and delivery of campaign assets including content, thought leadership, events and digital activations.
- Track and report on campaign and program performance against agreed KPIs and analyse data and insights to inform optimisation and continuous improvement.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services, technology, or alliance‑led environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi‑channel marketing programs.
- Comfortable working in a large, matrixed organisation with global and local interfaces, with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, practical messages.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience working with or alongside partner ecosystems (e.g. Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow or similar) desirable.
- Experience using performance metrics to inform decisions and optimisation.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
