Your key responsibilities
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI/ML and LLM solutions, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and evaluation techniques.
- Ability to design Agentic AI ecosystems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Expertise in solution architecture, including cloud-native designs, integration patterns, and embedding AI securely into enterprise platforms.
- Strong capability to define and enforce non-functional requirements such as scalability, latency, and cost optimization.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below, but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Solid data architecture skills for AI, covering ingestion, governance, and hybrid search strategies.
- Familiarity with vector databases and advanced search techniques.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and compliance controls.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes, mentor engineering teams, and present architectures to senior stakeholders.
