At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The opportunity

At EY-Parthenon, our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance delivers real-world value - solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. Benefiting from EY's full spectrum of services, we have reimagined strategic consulting for a world of increasing complexity. With deep functional and sector expertise, innovative AI-powered technology and an investor mindset, we partner with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments every step of the way.

EY-Parthenon is looking for Senior Consultants to join our Nordic Strategy & Execution team, working on Deal Technology where technology is an investment thesis, a value creation lever and a transformation enabler, not just transaction support. This is more than a delivery role: deal technology is a fast-growing market with increasing demand, and our Nordic team is expanding rapidly. You will grow with it, from building your expertise to contributing to our offering, while supporting clients on IT due diligence, carve-outs, integrations and technology-led value creation at the intersection of AI, data, cloud, private equity and corporate transactions.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will own defined workstreams within complex, time-critical engagements. Working with engagement managers, investors and M&A teams, you will turn technology, data and AI questions into clear analysis and practical recommendations that connect to transaction logic and business value creation.

  • Conducting analyses and leading workstreams in IT and technology due diligence, and presenting decision-relevant insights to project leaders and clients.

  • Supporting carve-out, separation and integration programmes, including TSA design, IT disentanglement and Day 1 readiness.

  • Contributing to AI-enabled operating model transformation and technology-led growth initiatives across AI, data, cloud, digital platforms, applications and ERP.

  • Delivering your workstreams with quality and on time, while supporting junior colleagues and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team.

Skills and attributes for success

  • A relevant master's degree in business, economics, engineering, technology or a comparable field.

  • Relevant experience from strategy or management consulting, transaction advisory, M&A or complex technology-enabled change, including working in client teams and delivering defined workstreams.

  • Exposure to digital, data and AI or core IT, ERP and infrastructure, with an interest in developing across both areas and connecting technology choices to business outcomes.

  • A structured, hands-on approach, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Ideally, you will also have

  • Experience from technology or IT in transactions, separations or integrations, or knowledge of ERP, cloud, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data or AI in a deal context.

  • Early experience of guiding junior colleagues or contributing to proposals and client opportunities.

  • Experience working with private equity investors or corporate M&A functions in the Nordics, plus a Nordic language.

What we offer you

  • Complex, high-impact engagements with leading Nordic and international clients in transaction environments.

  • A collaborative, inclusive and entrepreneurial team culture with strong opportunities to learn and grow.

  • Modern offices in central Stockholm and Gothenburg, with flexible ways of working.
