The opportunity
Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to entire EY operations across the Europe Central region (33 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.
We are currently seeking to hire a Talent Specialist.
The Talent Specialist will support EY RSS team and report to the local Talent Consultant
Your key responsibilities
Support the internal talent processes in EY RSS by:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment process and coordinate onboarding procedures.
- Posting job opportunities in internal and external recruitment sites.
- Reviewing job applicants and consult with Talent Consultant on shortlisting.
- Communicating with shortlisted candidates: set up interviews and follow up.
- Conducting initial interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinating the interview process with hiring managers.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives and career events.
- Administering new joiners’ and employees’ files and information.
- Building strong relationships within the team, across EY and beyond.
- Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
Skills and attributes for success:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Educational background in organizational psychology, economics, or another relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), HR management systems, and web-based applications.
- English and Bulgarian language proficiency written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and adaptability.
- Curiosity and creative approach to problem solving.
- Interest in professional development in the field of Human resources.
- Dynamic, result-oriented person.
- A self-motivated individual with good analytical and communication skills.
- Desire to build a better working world and the ability to prioritize effectively.
