The opportunity
In this role you will support Europe Central Country teams with learning administration.
Your key responsibilities
As a Learning Operations Specialist you will:
- Support with the coordination of internal training events such as NSP, NMADP, NSMADP for Europe Central region
- Support the administration of qualifications such as ACCA for EY entities from the Europe Central region
- Produce virtual events in MS Teams
- Develop and support SP sites upon request of Learning LDCs
- Administer learning activities in Learning Management System – Success Factors
- Perform other administrative and organizational activities related to learning and development, when necessary.
- Work with Junior Colleagues: train them, guide them, delegate tasks and ensure quality of their work
- Facilitate trainings for the team on relevant topics
- Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for Junior Staff
- Provide timely and effective feedback to team members
- Share knowledge with the team
- Act as a counselor to a Junior team member, when applicable.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or a university student.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability.
- Professional experience: 3 years in the field of certification and internal learning programs management.
- Advanced skills in learning management systems, especially Success Factors
Other skills required
- Having work experience in learning/development/talent operation teams is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm.
- Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can-do approach.
