The opportunity

 

Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to entire EY operations across the CESA region (29 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.

 

We are currently seeking to hire a L&D Certification Administrator.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Registering employees for external qualification (ACCA)
  • Ensuring employees’ eligibility for exams
  • Ensuring necessary documents are available
  • Keeping track of learners’ progress: bookings, exam history, results, and expenses
  • Preparing regular/ad hoc learning reports and statistics
  • Consulting employees, decisionmakers, and administrators in EY offices on external qualification (ACCA) processes
  • Supporting financial management through invoicing, reimbursements and deductions
  • Communicating with providers: external and internal
