About the role:
EY Bulgaria is looking for Junior Consultant – Finance Reporting to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work with a wide range of local and international clients, supporting the delivery of high-quality assurance and reporting services.

As part of multidisciplinary engagement teams, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to assess financial and non-financial information, analyze business processes and controls, perform audit procedures, and contribute to the preparation of client deliverables. As a Consultant in EY you will be expected to:

• Participate in external financial audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards and EY methodologies.
• Assist in the execution of internal audit engagements, including assessment of business processes and internal controls.
• Support sustainability assurance and verification engagements related to sustainability disclosures and ESG reporting requirements.
• Participate in audits of EU grants and programmes, including the review of compliance with contractual, regulatory, and funding requirements.
• Analyze financial data, accounting records, supporting documentation, and business processes.
• Assist in identifying risks, control deficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for clients.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams across industries and business functions.
• Develop consulting, analytical, and project management skills through real client engagements.
• Assist in collecting project data, establish relevant facts and draw valid
  conclusions
• Prepare project reports including status reports, tracking and analysis of
  financial and non- financial data

To become a Junior Consultant you should have:

• Academic education in the field of: Finance, Economics, Accounting,
  Business administration
• Have advanced knowledge of MS Office. Strong knowledge of Excel,
  PowerPoint, MS Access is considered as an advantage
• Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Have integrity, a positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of
  responsibilities
• Have ability and willingness to learn, act independently and take
  initiative
• Have ability to effectively multi-task and demonstrate effective
  decision-making abilities
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian
  and English
