If you are ready to take the next step in your professional journey, we are pleased to share that EY is looking for Junior Compliance Associate to join our Core Businesses team (CBS). You will support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong.

 

What will be your role?

As a Junior Compliance Associate you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.
Our Risk Management team provide coordinated advice and assistance on independence, conflicts, regulatory and risk management issues, and any queries regarding the organization’s ethics and compliance with International Services Quality Management Standards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Assist in the firm’s independence procedures and processes.
  • Assist in performing research, screening in the firm’s databases and compliance testing.
  • Assist in maintenance and reporting of Independence tools.
  • Perform data reconciliations from different databases.
  • Review/reconciliation of BAMK countries GRT remediation procedures
  • Reconciliation of SQM controls between Monitoring/Documentation tool and internal database

 

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills – both written and spoken.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and particularly MS Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • An agile, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Detail oriented, organized and possess initiative.
  • Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
