The opportunity

 

In this role you will work in EY CESA (Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia) Regional Shared Service Digital Value Transformation team (DVT).
Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to the entire EY operations across the CESA region (29 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions, and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.

We are looking for a new IT Business Analyst to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet the needs of the business. The role connects technology with people-centric business processes.


Your key responsibilities

 

•    Gather and document business requirements using collaboration tools like Azure DevOps.
•    Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
•    Act as a liaison between internal clients & DVT developers.
•    Assist in building a minimum viable product (MVP) to address user issues.
•    Create visual models such as process flow diagrams and solution architectures.
•    Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
•    Provide expert advice, support implementation, and ensure quality deliverables for end users.

 


To qualify for the role you must have


•    3-5 years of working experience as Functional, Data, Business or preferably IT Business Analyst - translating business requirements into technological functional. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
•    Experience with tools such as: Excel , Word, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project.
•    Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English.
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to interact with clients in a proactive, friendly and confident manner.
•    A high level of motivation, strong work ethic, and self-starting attitude.


Ideally, you’ll also have


•    Strong interest in identifying new solutions for current business problems.
•    Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
•    Good understanding of specific technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, full-stack development etc.
•    Understanding of data analytics concepts and technologies.
