We have currently opportunity for internal Human Resource Specialist for our practice with focus on recruitment.

What we expect from you?
  • Bachelor's or master’s Degree in HR, economics, or other related
  • 3 years relevant working experience   
  • Strong work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality and customer service 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong computer user skills 
  • Fully comfortable with executing many simultaneous tasks despite limited time
  • Creative, insightful, inspiring colleagues and injecting joy into the workplace
  • Wild attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Solution-oriented approach, hands-on and flexible

Your responsibilities:
  • Take part in the whole recruitment process and coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
  • Coordinating, preparing and publishing job advertisements  
  • Connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
  • Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
  • Interviewing candidates 
  • Assist in new hires onboarding process  
  • Organize and maintain personnel files of the employees and employee records in the internal HR system and on paper 
  • Participating in tasks connected to learning and development
  • Actively participating in employer brand initiatives and other career activities and events 
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues if necessary
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating the team members on progress
  • Build strong internal relationships within the team and across other teams
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
