The opportunity:

 

Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to entire EY operations across the CESA region (29 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.

We are currently seeking to hire an Entry-Level Regional Learning Administrator.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Administering trainings for CESA (sending invites, tracking responses, etc.).
  • Preparing regular/ad hoc learning reports and statistics for CESA region.
  • Managing sites for CESA L&D teams using site builder (no IT background needed).
  • Working with Learning Management System: opening classes, initiating assignments, keeping track of learners’ progress including registrations and awarded hours.
  • Performing other learning and development activities by request.
  • Technical support for online trainings in MS Teams: presentations, recording sessions, managing polls and breakout rooms.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or a student in their last years of study.
  • Ability and desire to collaborate and work with learning stakeholders in CESA Region.
  • Communicative and proactive approach.

 

Ideally, you will also have:

 

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Some work experience in learning/development/talent operation teams.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm.
  • Аn enthusiastic, can-do approach.
