The opportunity
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our Technology Consulting practice. As a ServiceNow Technical Senior Associate/Manager, you will help clients design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions to drive business transformation and operational excellence.
The role involves working across key ServiceNow capabilities including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) initiatives. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and delivery teams to deliver innovative and scalable ServiceNow solutions
Your key responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business requirements.

Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

Deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and platform customizations using ServiceNow best practices

.Establish and maintain CMDB governance, data quality standards, and CSDM alignment.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Support pre-sales activities, proposals, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the ServiceNow practice.

Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Consulting, Professional Services experience required

Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Senior Associate
-
3-6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

Must hold certifications in at least 2 of the following areas:
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
- CIS – ITOM
- CIS – ITAM
- CMDB-related certification (e.g., CIS Discovery, Service Mapping, or CMDB/CSDM-focused certification)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, integrations, and testing.
- Understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB concepts.
- Prior consulting, system integrator, or professional services experience is preferred.

- 8+ years of IT and ServiceNow consulting experience.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- Strongly preferred to hold certifications across:
- CIS – ITSM
- CIS – ITAM
- CIS – ITOM
- Additional certifications in the following areas are highly desirable:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- CMDB / CSDM
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow transformation and implementation engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and solution advisory experience.
- Experience managing delivery teams and providing technical leadership.
