About the opportunity
The Senior Enterprise Architect Manager will serve as the Subject Matter Expert, providing mentorship and guidance to our team of Architects within the Technology Consulting practice. This role demands a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and IT strategy, who can lead delivery engagements and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Digital Hub and Technology & Cloud Transformation leads to build propositions, offerings, and solutions.
- Engage in shaping new opportunities and pipeline by partnering with other competency leaders and external partners.
- Design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions for clients by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead client presentations and discussions, ensuring a persuasive and cohesive approach.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, driving Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy.
- Provide leadership and expertise on specific Technology Transformation programs from an Architecture & Solutions perspective.
- Mentor and guide a team of Technical/Solution Architects to ensure successful delivery.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 15+ years of experience in IT Consultancy, with at least 10 years as an Enterprise Architect leading large IT Transformation programs.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in managing the overall IT Landscape.
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture standards, including application, infrastructure, hosting, and security.
- Experience in driving Cloud transformation programs as an Enterprise/Cloud architect with strong perspectives on Cloud-based modernizations, including Lift & Shift, re-platforming, and re-architecture.
- Experience with different Integration platforms and knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns and API-based integrations.
- Practical experience in establishing DevSecOps frameworks, with familiarity with DevOps tools.
- Expertise in at least one Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of the GCC framework from GovTech in Singapore is highly desirable.
- Functional knowledge in at least one of the following industries: Telecom, Energy & Utilities, or Public Sector.
