EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF Team operating across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are hiring Senior Consultants for our TCF practices: Due Diligence, Valuation, Modeling, Economics and Lead Advisory.

What We Look For:

• Strong academic background (CES Révision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst, etc).
• Outstanding financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills.
• 3-5 years of work experience is required in Transaction Services, Corporate finance or Private Equity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc); knowledge of financial databases (Capital IQ, Mergermarket, etc) is preferred.

Your Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Participate in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support our clients in strategic decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations based on project findings and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
