The opportunity

We are looking for a creative and systematic Experience & Interface Designer to lead the creation of user-centered digital interfaces. You will focus on building intuitive, functional, and visually appealing experiences across various platforms, ensuring our digital products excel in usability, accessibility, and overall user impact.

Your key responsibilities

• Experience Design: Design intuitive user flows and information architecture. Create micro-interactions and motion designs that provide visual feedback and enhance the overall journey.
• Interface Design: Develop visually stunning and functional UIs for websites and applications. Create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations that align strictly with branding guidelines.
• Prototyping: Build low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts early in the development cycle.
• Inclusivity & Responsiveness: Ensure all designs adapt seamlessly across screen sizes and devices while implementing accessibility best practices for users with disabilities.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides and pattern libraries to ensure product consistency across the firm’s digital ecosystem.
• Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing to gather feedback and embrace an iterative approach to refine designs based on real-world results.

Skills and attributes for success

• Design Excellence: An excellent portfolio showcasing UX/UI and visual design work that demonstrates a strong graphic sensibility and clear business impact.
• Technical Mastery: Highly proficient with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to demonstrate systems thinking, teamwork, and leadership within a dynamic, agile environment.
• Communication: An effective communicator and presenter who can negotiate design decisions and pitch concepts to Product, Tech, and Business partners.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Hold an advanced degree, training, or certification in Graphic Design, UX & UI Design, or Interaction Design.
• Have experience working as a Product Designer or in a similar end-to-end design role.
• Be a self-directed, organized, and deep thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.
