As a Senior Associate in our Assurance Advisory (Technology) practice, you’ll work directly with clients— presenting insights, crafting compelling deliverables, and driving technology-led solutions that move the needle. This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be client-facing from day one, collaborating with senior leaders and making recommendations that shape real business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the room – Lead client presentations and workshops, turning technical findings into executive-ready narratives with PowerPoint and visual storytelling
• Solve what matters – Assess technology landscapes, identify gaps, and design solutions spanning cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
• Build trusted relationships – Become a go-to advisor for clients, understanding their business deeply and delivering recommendations they actually act on
• Tell the story with data – Build polished, insight-driven deliverables—from strategy decks to implementation roadmaps—that make complex technology accessible to any audience
• Grow alongside the best – Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team of consultants, engineers, and industry specialists across EY’s global network

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine curiosity about technology — you follow what’s happening in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital platforms not because you have to, but because you find it genuinely exciting
• A confident communicator who can hold their own in a client meeting, command a presentation, and distil complex technology concepts into language that resonates with any audience — technical or not
• 3–5 years of professional experience in technology product management, advisory, audits, digital transformation, systems implementation, or a closely related field — enough to bring perspective, not so much that you’ve stopped asking “why”
• Strong PowerPoint skills and an eye for structured, persuasive storytelling — you know that a great deck is not just slides, it’s a clear argument presented with conviction
• Sharp analytical thinking — the ability to gather information from multiple sources, spot patterns quickly, frame the right problem, and recommend a practical path forward
• A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, knows how to manage upwards and sideways, and can contribute meaningfully to projects across diverse client sectors
• A self-starter who takes ownership of their work, manages their own deadlines, and can handle multiple workstreams without losing attention to quality or detail
• Integrity and professionalism — you understand that in Assurance Advisory, trust is everything, and you take seriously your responsibility to clients, your team, and to EY
• A natural people-person — someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, can break the ice effortlessly in a room full of strangers, and builds rapport quickly. Relationships open doors that credentials alone may not

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business (with a technology focus), legal or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience — enough to have real perspective, early enough in your career to grow exponentially with us
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), GenAI Certifications, or relevant technology/cybersecurity certifications are a strong plus
