The opportunity

The Internal Finance & Administration team at Ernst & Young d.o.o. Sarajevo is seeking an additional employee to provide support for assurance, tax, and consulting professionals in an international environment. This role will involve collaboration with other departments to share financial knowledge and contribute toward defined objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Booking of domestic and foreign currency bank statements;
• Recording of incoming and outgoing invoices in accounting systems;
• Receiving calculated travel orders and their processing into the accounting system;
• Preparation of electronic payment lists;
• Preparation of legally required documentation for payments abroad
• Filling out statistical and other required forms;
• Performing other financial operations tasks as needed

To qualify for the role, you must have

• High school / College / University degree in related field
• Minimum two years of work experience in accounting

• Knowledge of working in SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Ability to work as a team member

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Interest in finance, accounting and administration
• Good analytical abilities, logical and structured thinking
• Have working knowledge in Excel and MS Word
