Consulting, Technology Consulting, Platforms, ServiceNow - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1748525), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Jose, CA.
Assists clients by providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with and can support specific business objectives. Implement and optimize ServiceNow HRSD (HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Lifecyle Management etc.) solutions for clients. Manage client engagements involving EY’s People Advisory Services, ServiceNow and client teams to understand and capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for ServiceNow configuration. Lead teams that conduct thorough analysis of client's existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Leverage tools, templates and enablers to plan for and initiate HRSD implementation efforts. Capture the right details needed to enable HRSD capabilities such as case management, knowledge management Employee Center Pro portal design, GenAI capabilities, onboarding and offboarding workflows and integrations with other HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRSD and others to build end to end HR operations workflow solutions using ServiceNow. Work with EY’s Global Delivery Services team located offshore and guide them to configure integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, tools, and databases, utilizing REST and SOAP APIs. Oversee Architects to determine data management strategies, including data import/export, transformation, and cleansing, to maintain data integrity and consistency within the ServiceNow platform. Manage teams in developing custom solutions and integrations as necessary to enhance the functionality of ServiceNow platform per the client’s requirements. Oversee creation of training material for training end users on how to utilize ServiceNow HRSD capabilities. Ensure team members are providing comprehensive training to clients on the usage and administration of ServiceNow platform, and provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Provide technical expertise, design & architecture guidance throughout the design, build and testing efforts.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 8 years of work experience (of which 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 7 years of work experience.
Must have 7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Must have 7 years of ServiceNow consulting experience to external clients at a professional services firm, including providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with and can support specific business objectives.
Must have 7 years of experience in leading ServiceNow client design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops, and interacting with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
Must have 7 years of ServiceNow experience designing and implementing customized reporting processes and integration components tailored to client needs.
Must have 5 years of experience leading and coaching teams of ServiceNow consulting professionals.
Must have 5 years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs.
Must have 7 years of ServiceNow experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
Must have 3 years of experience supporting business development efforts which includes the following: owning a sales and revenue target, developing client relationships, creating proposals, leading business development meetings, developing pricing, and creating contracts and/or statements of work.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
