The Geo Markets Strategy & Operations Leader (MSOL) leads and supports FS Markets Operations to maximize ROI on geography-based go-to-market activities aligned with the FSO sector priorities.
Job Summary:
- Reports into the FSO Core Markets Strategy & Operations Leader
- Partners with the FSO West Geo Market Leader (GML), FSO West Geo Market Board members, GCSPs, and PPMDs/SMs to educate, lead and support sector strategies at the geo level.
- Works with the FSO West GML to facilitate collaboration across service lines, sector, and enablement functions to support core account prioritization, analysis of market trends/opportunities, sales and revenue forecasting and core account KPIs.
- Reviews, tracks, and reports on market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential growth opportunities across the Geography to the GML Market Board.
- Drives local awareness of key client facing events planned by the OMP enablement and BMC teams to ensure geo based FSO accounts are engaged in CxO networks and roundtables. Drives select client targeting and communication.
- Collaborates with Commercial Geo MSOLs on Community Engagement spend across the geography with a focus on maximizing ROI for FS accounts.
- Facilitates Top End Core and/or High Potential Core account reviews.
- Champions and lead GTM efforts for greenfield and underserved portions of the market to activate client serving teams, including city-specific efforts.
- Advise and connect SMEs to increase branding awareness within market as panelist or presenter for external client events.
- Collaborates with FSO Sector MSOLs and Markets Operations on account segmentation and integrated planning and investment needs.
- Engage with geo-aligned Core sales team members to ensure alignment.
Additional skills/qualities needed to be successful in this role:
- 8+ related industry experience
- High level of judgement and independence
- Ability to identify and address gaps in sector strategy execution across FSO HQ priority accounts
- Provide leadership, connectivity, and guidance across service lines, sectors, and key functions (Finance, Talent, BMC, Markets, etc.)
- Significant project work that demands teaming with and supervising and/or providing guidance to various firm leaders and resources
- Highly skilled at influencing and directing outcomes without pure authority.
- Strong business acumen, an understanding of firm organization / culture, and a proven track record of working directly with Partners / leaders in the firm to drive key projects and results.
- Business development experience in Financial Services or Commercial sectors and knowledge of the Account Management Framework best practices
- Understanding of Clients & Industries enablement functions and EY account structures
- Advanced analytical skills in markets financial reporting tools using Power BI, Mercury/Dynamics CRM, ARD, Growth IQ, Essentials for Accounts, etc.
- Proven track record of counseling and developing others.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,900 to $252,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $157,100 to $286,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
