Title: FAAS Senior Manager - Integrated Finance Managed Services (IFMS) – IFMS Regional Delivery Executive

 

About the Role

 

The Regional Delivery Executive, will work with IFMS teams to ensure the delivery of IFMS services are established appropriately for the life of the contract, focusing on cross service and multi-solutions for our priority clients, the automation and leverage of technology & data to scale rather than people and driving a common platform for growth. They will drive standard delivery approach, execution to the SLAs and KPIs that our Client’s request as well as the service delivery expectations of both internal and external shareholders whilst meeting engagement metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage the team for the IFMS engagements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through collaborative leadership and engagement across the firm.
  • Successfully manage the cost and margin expectations for the engagements, with remediation plans where applicable.
  • Manage a portfolio of IFMS accounts and drive industry standard delivery excellence methodologies across IFMS engagements.
  • Manage, Measure and ensure successful KPIs, SLAs and controls for the in-scope delivery are fulfilled. Remediate where necessary.
  • Managed issues and escalations across the delivery of the agreed services, collaborating and teaming to ensure the best of EY is made available to our clients. Manage corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
  • Identify lead resources in region to serve the account (e.g., controller and assistant controller role) as well as coordinate with scheduling the rest of the team.
  • Manage all aspect of quality on the engagements, external and internal.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements to enhance overall quality of service delivery, including development and overseeing training and education.
  • Participate in pursuits to describe delivery capabilities across solutions.
  • Lead regular governance process to convey success/areas of improvement needed in MS delivery to Finance leadership.
  • Facilitate and drive resolution of issues between cross service line teams.
  • Reconciliation and tracking of items noted in the SoW to what is being delivered to the Client.
  • Oversee and manage consistent application of quality delivery standards across MS engagements.
  • Focus on client satisfaction by understanding their needs and expectations and aligning service delivery accordingly.
  • Achieve approved deal economics including significant performance of work performed offshore.
  • Report on service delivery performance to stakeholders, offering insights for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years of similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred
  • CPA licensed approved
  • Exceptional delivery leadership skills, ability to design, build, motivate and scale into an industrialized operation for the future.
  • Deep understanding of delivery centers for global organizations
  • Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance business outcomes and client experiences, particularly to scale
  • Mind-set of product / service delivery and drive continual innovation and improvements
  • Experience managing offshore resources and proven experience driving increased penetration rates
  • Experience of establishing & managing of complex arrangements such as alliances & joint ventures.
  • Experience of managing & transforming of businesses in complex organizations (e.g., multi-divisional, multi-geography).
  • Experience of designing & executing global delivery strategies for large scale managed services
  • Experience of working with multiple clients across variety of strategy and transformation consulting engagements; including organizational design, service delivery and cost reduction
  • Strong people leadership, both in managing a hierarchical organization and partnering skills in influencing and negotiating across organizations.
  • Executive presence and strong communications, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Applies diplomacy, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution. Shows versatility in understanding and working in culturally diverse environments
  • Possession of a strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $146,700 to $335,100.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $176,000 to $380,800.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
