Job Title: Managed Services Win Center Specialist Manager
Job Summary:
The MS Win Center Specialist Manager is responsible for supporting Go-To-Market activities, including sales, pre-sales, and business development for the firm. This role involves actively engaging in responding to RFPs, delivering oral presentations to clients, and participating in negotiations. The Manager will leverage EY's global capabilities and resources, including alliance partners, technology and digital service providers, and vendors, to provide best-in-class consulting services on solution/enterprise architecture and technology solutions to address complex business problems and enable clients' digital transformation journeys.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Support Go-To-Market activities, including sales, pre-sales, and business development.
- Actively engage in responding to RFPs, delivering oral presentations to clients, and participating in negotiations.
- Provide advice on long-term security solution/enterprise architecture decisions to clients' senior management in both business and IT streams.
- Build and develop the solution/enterprise architecting capability through proactive engagement with EY practice teams, partners, and clients.
- Plan and run workshops for clients' business and technology executives, involving client partners and vendors, on solution architecture.
- Drive the transition of applications and solutions from incumbent vendors or as part of digital transformation, addressing clients' business, digital, and IT strategy and objectives.
- Work closely with professionals spanning strategy, business, application, infrastructure security, and data architecture disciplines to accelerate clients' enterprise architecture maturity and transformation journeys.
- Interface and communicate with various onsite and/or offshore stakeholders and coordinators regularly to ensure smooth execution of RFPs.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and develop comprehensive solution/enterprise architecture strategies.
- Make informed decisions on the best approach to address complex business problems and enable digital transformation.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and methodologies for solution/enterprise architecture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Supervision Responsibilities:
- Act independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Assign work, review performance, and ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Extensive consulting experience in Big-4s, IT industry majors, or management consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of solution/enterprise architecture and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in creating and conducting impactful client presentations.
- Proficiency in productivity and diagramming tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- CPA license preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience, including experience in solution/enterprise architecture and technology solutions.
- Proven track record of supporting Go-To-Market activities and business development.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $112,700 to $205,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $135,200 to $234,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
