Your new job | About your responsibilities
The international tax advisory practice of EY advises multinational companies, private equity funds, and other investors who invest in the Netherlands and from the Netherlands to the rest of the world. We assist these internationally operating companies in various tax areas, including investments, acquisitions, divestitures, sales processes, business transformations, and internal and external financings.
In recent years, (inter)national regulations have been constantly evolving, especially in the area of transfer pricing. The number of transactions between related parties of a multinational has significantly increased and became more complex. As a result, tax authorities are increasingly focusing on transfer pricing models and transfer pricing policies adopted by multinationals. This is where you can make an impact!

We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant for our Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing team in Eindhoven or Rotterdam.

As a (Senior) Consultant, you will advise and assist clients in designing, implementing, and documenting their financial transactions transfer pricing models. Furthermore...
- Perform quantitative and/or qualitative analyses with respect to various financial transactions using state-of-the-art tools and databases;
- Design financial transactions transfer pricing policies, including performing transfer pricing analyses and preparing transfer pricing documentation;
- Conduct factual investigations (such as conducting functional interviews with key employees to gain a good understanding of the organization);
- Advise on the restructuring of financial transactions within business units (including their valuations);
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in financial transactions transfer pricing by actively participating in knowledge meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities within the team.

You will join the largest transfer pricing team in the Netherlands, with more than 70 employees at 3 different locations in the Netherlands and desks in the US and Asia. Our diverse team consists of professionals from various backgrounds and approximately 15 different countries.
Your skills and experience | Your unique contribution
- A completed Master's degree, preferably in tax law, (fiscal) economics, finance, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of relevant work experience in Transfer Pricing of Financial Transactions.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to efficiently perform data analysis and create financial models.
- You can express yourself well both orally and in writing in English. Dutch language is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
