We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and must be fluent in English. This role is essential for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and ensure that documents are organized and easily accessible.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
0-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
