The opportunity

 

Our PAS Global Mobility team brings together seasoned professionals in tax, HR, and immigration to deliver streamlined, high-impact support across the region. We help clients manage inbound and outbound assignees, ensure immigration and tax compliance, estimate tax costs, design mobility policies, and support broader HR, Tax, and Legal functions through integrated and flexible solutions. 

As part of a MENA team, you will be providing high quality services to the most iconic KSA and regional clients across a range of industries. You will look after service delivery, coordination, issue resolution, and contract management of large-scale projects where you will need to execute the delivery of Mobility services by EY teams in the region. 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

This role involves managing immigration compliance projects for our clients across the Middle East, with a primary focus on KSA. As a Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day client delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of services. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering consistently high levels of service, and contributing to business development by managing existing accounts and supporting efforts to secure new clients. The individual should be able to provide guidance on the latest immigration laws, policy and regulatory changes, and be able to identify and advise on immigration compliance risks.

To qualify for the role

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 8 Year's experience in immigration compliance, with strong technical expertise in KSA immigration processes; familiarity with other MENA countries is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in professional services, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills across various professional settings.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

Flexible and adaptable to meet client and departmental needs, including tight deadlines.
