• About the Role:

• EY KSA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to provide project management services to our esteemed client, the Ministry of Defense - KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the Goldesp solution, a strategic IT project critical to the client's operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the project management for the implementation of the Goldesp solution.

- Liaise with the Ministry of Defense - KSA stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned with their operational needs.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables.

- Facilitate the resolution of issues and risks associated with the project.

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to both EY KSA and the client.

- Oversee the training and knowledge transfer to client personnel.

• Required Skills and Experience:

- PMP Certificate is Must

- Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on IT project delivery.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically with experience in implementing the Goldesp solution.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large, complex projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

- Nationalities: Saudi candidates are preferable.
