Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in payroll processes, and will be responsible for leading implementation projects, providing expert guidance, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective payroll solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll modules and integrate them with other Oracle applications as needed.
• Provide expert advice on payroll compliance, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for client staff on Oracle Fusion Payroll functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing and system functionality.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Oracle Fusion certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
