The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager with over 10 years of professional experience, strong delivery leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and Oracle technologies. This individual will join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team to lead major Oracle transformation programs, drive high‑quality project execution, and support enterprise‑wide technology initiatives.

 

Key Profile Requirements

 

  • 10+ years of ERP system implementation experience, covering project management, execution, solution design, and/or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a Big 4, large consulting firm, or a major financial/enterprise organization.
  • Proven experience in leading at least two large Oracle Fusion implementation projects end‑to‑end.
  • Strong ability to deliver high‑quality project execution by monitoring program economics, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and adjusting scope where necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, including supporting proposals and client pursuits.
  • Experience developing repeatable consulting assets, tools, and thought leadership that differentiate EY in the market.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle solutions including Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM Cloud, and Oracle EBS.
  • Proven success in managing and supervising global, distributed teams across all phases of the technology lifecycle — requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation — while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • PMP certification is required; additional Oracle or Agile certifications are an advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and contribute to the development of high‑quality deliverables.
  • Manage all project deliverables, including weekly status reports and steering committee updates.
  • Lead and operate the Project Management Office (PMO) for Oracle transformation programs.
  • Own and manage project financial metrics, ensuring profitability and efficient delivery.
  • Support continuous process improvement and best‑practice implementation within project teams.
  • Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as needed and provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
  • Adhere to and enforce project lifecycle methodologies, quality standards, and governance processes.
