Manager - Technology Consulting (ERP Governance) - 11 Months - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with various ERP stakeholders within the Client’s Project to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Deliverables Production: Produce high-quality deliverables and presentations tailored for senior leadership of the Client, ensuring clarity and relevance to strategic objectives.
• Governance Management: Manage and oversee end-to-end governance processes for the transformation program, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and best practices.
• Reporting and Insights: Produce and manage regular reports that provide insights into project/program progress, risks, and governance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective contribution to governance activities.
• Issue Escalation: Oversee the escalation process for issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders regarding critical matters.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of governance initiatives and the overall transformation program.
• Change Control Management: Assist in change control management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems within the Client’s organization.
• Collaboration with EY Teams: Work closely with EY teams to align governance practices with the overall objectives of the transformation program and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with at least 5 years of experience in implementing platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems, providing insights and guidance throughout the governance process to ensure successful integration of technical solutions within transformation initiatives.
• Project Management: Proven project management experience.
• Governance and Reporting: Experience in governance and reporting.
• Government Experience: Government experience is a plus.
• Certifications: COBIT and/or PMP certifications are highly preferred.
