The opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions for banking clients across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance, strong banking domain knowledge, and proven experience delivering end-to-end transformation programs from requirements gathering through post-go-live support. The candidate must be bilingual (Arabic and English) and capable of engaging effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live and stabilization.
  • Conduct business requirements workshops with finance, treasury, compliance, and banking operations teams.
  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Expenses
  • Financial Reporting
  • Analyze current-state processes and design future-state operating models aligned with banking industry best practices.
  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and deployment plans.
  • Lead system integration discussions involving core banking systems, payment platforms, treasury systems, and regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Manage SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements applicable to financial institutions in the GCC region.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define reporting, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and participate in business development and proposal activities when required.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Certifications.
  • Experience working with leading banks in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.
  • Understanding of IFRS, VAT regulations, and regional banking compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience supporting digital finance transformation initiatives.
  • Track record with a leading consulting firm.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • MBA in finance or CA
  • Minimum 8 years of Oracle Financials consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.
  • Experience in at least one complete turnkey end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation in the Banking sector within the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of banking finance processes, controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on configuration experience across multiple Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
