We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ripples Supervising Associate to join our team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution and rollout of our global and regional offerings aimed at working with impact entrepreneurs across the MENA region.

Role Overview:

As a Ripples Supervising Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, supporting, and scaling the operations of impact entrepreneurs who are driving positive change in the MENA region. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our initiatives, fostering a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the identification and engagement of impact entrepreneurs across the MENA region, aligning with our global and regional strategies.

- Supervise the execution and rollout of our "Working with Impact Entrepreneurs" offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of the target entrepreneurs and communities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored support programs for impact entrepreneurs, including mentorship, funding, and capacity-building initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our offerings, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Contribute to thought leadership and advocacy efforts in the field of business sustainability and social entrepreneurship.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a related field.

- Proven track record of working with impact entrepreneurs or in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, preferably in the MENA region.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from conception to completion.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing impact entrepreneurs in the MENA region.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
