The opportunity

 

The KSA Immigration Cluster Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the EY immigration processes within the cluster. This position requires a strong focus on team management, operational efficiency, and the development, maintenance and evolution of robust relationships with government entities and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective leadership skills, ensuring that the immigration processes align with EY's strategic objectives and comply with local regulations.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and immigration agencies.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in Immigration and Labour, ensuring timely updates are incorporated into the newsletter and communicated to management and relevant teams.
  • Remain aware of changes in immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide appropriate guidance to stakeholders.Oversee the immigration processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions of applications and documentation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze immigration metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of immigration professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and business leaders, to align immigration strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on immigration-related matters.
  • Where required communicate effectively with clients and external partners to address their immigration needs.
  • Manage the successful delivery of immigration projects in your Cluster and in some instances the MENA region.
  • Adherence to Quality and Risk Management processes.
  • Oversee the entire pension process within your cluster by mitigating any risks and ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments for new projects assigned and highlight any risks to the management prior to deployment.
  • Create and develop process documents for all internal processes within the office and the regions as part of your cluster.
  • Support with the Nationalization process and collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance.
  • Manage and support any queries received from senior management, employees and guide them in accordance with the best practices.
  • Manage / supervise the inspections of government officials during their visit to the offices across all entities in your office and the regions as part of your cluster.
  • Supervise the renewal of Auditors Registration & Partners Auditors Certificate, Trade Licenses, Immigration and labour permits etc. for all entities in your office and the regions as part of your cluster, ensuring compliance and meeting the deadline whilst coordinating with the Legal team as and when needed.
  • Set a clear vision and direction for the immigration cluster, aligning with EY's overall strategy.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to EY's values.
