The Opportunity

 

We are seeking experienced professionals to support an IT Operations Centre of Excellence engagement. Candidates will be considered against the specialist area that best aligns with their experience. Each position contributes to strengthening IT governance, service performance, operational resilience, compliance, supplier accountability, and continual improvement.

 

We are hiring across the following specialist areas:

 

·       Contract Management Expert

·       Project Manager

·       IT Security Specialist

·       IT Audit & Compliance Specialist

·       Service Performance Management SME / Workstream Lead

·       IT Monitoring, Observability & Automation Expert

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

Depending on your area of specialization, responsibilities may include:

 

·       Drive IT governance, service excellence, operational transformation, and continual-improvement initiatives.

·       Establish performance frameworks, operating controls, reporting mechanisms, and executive governance forums.

·       Manage strategic programs, suppliers, contractual commitments, security risks, audit obligations, or observability capabilities.

·       Prepare executive dashboards, management reports, decision papers, and operational insights.

·       Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, risk functions, and other stakeholders.

·       Apply leading practices in IT service management, cybersecurity, compliance, project delivery, monitoring, and automation.

 

Skill-Specific Requirements

 

1.      Contract Management Expert

 

Experience: 5+ years

 

You will govern the end-to-end IT sourcing and contract lifecycle, helping the client strengthen commercial control, supplier accountability, delivery oversight, and value realization.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·       Lead requirements collection, RFP development, stakeholder reviews, vendor communications, proposal evaluation, and contract-award recommendations.

·       Manage vendor onboarding, contract governance, service reviews, delivery risks, issue resolution, and supplier performance.

·       Validate invoices against contractual terms, consumption, deliverables, penalties, and SLA achievement.

·       Analyze licensing utilization, technology consumption, and contract expenditure to support cost optimization.

·       Support business cases, ROI assessments, renewals, negotiations, and contract-administration activities.

 

Skill requirements

 

·       Experience in IT procurement, sourcing, RFP management, contract governance, and vendor management.

·       Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, service credits, pricing models, invoice validation, and supplier obligations.

·       Commercial, financial, analytical, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

 

2. Project Manager

 

Experience: 7+ years

You will plan, coordinate, and govern IT operations, transformation, application-delivery, and service-improvement initiatives identified through the IT Operations Strategy and Centre of Excellence.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·       Develop integrated plans, milestones, resource forecasts, budgets, dependencies, and implementation roadmaps.

·       Coordinate teams across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, service management, vendors, and business functions.

·       Establish PMO governance, project controls, stage gates, status reporting, and steering-committee forums.

·       Manage RAID logs and drive timely mitigation of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

·       Track benefits realization and ensure initiatives align with strategy, compliance, operational objectives, and budget constraints.

 

Skill requirements

 

·       Experience managing IT operations, technology transformation, application delivery, or service-improvement programs.

·       Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

·       Strong planning, governance, financial tracking, reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

·       PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is advantageous.

 

3. IT Security Specialist

 

Experience: 5+ years

You will help strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture by coordinating security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, incident response, operational controls, and compliance initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·       Monitor cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and end-user environments.

·       Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, remediation programs, and closure of security findings.

·       Support incident investigation, root-cause analysis, containment, recovery, and lessons learned.

·       Oversee endpoint security, email security, identity and access management, and security-monitoring controls.

·       Collaborate with SOC teams and managed security providers and develop security KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and executive reports.

·       Support compliance with NCA ECC, ISO 27001, cybersecurity policies, and internal standards.

 

Skill requirements

 

·       Experience in cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, endpoint security, or compliance.

·       Understanding of SIEM/SOC operations, vulnerability scanners, IAM, endpoint protection, cloud security, and enterprise security tools.

·       Knowledge of NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and recognized cybersecurity control frameworks.

·       CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, ISO 27001, or equivalent certification is advantageous.

 

4. IT Audit & Compliance Specialist

 

Experience: 2+ years

 

You will coordinate IT audit and compliance activities, support continuous control monitoring, maintain audit readiness, and track remediation commitments across the IT environment.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·       Coordinate internal, external, regulatory, and customer audits and ensure timely evidence submissions.

·       Perform assessments against IT policies, standards, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and control frameworks.

·       Monitor IT General Controls, operational controls, audit findings, owners, due dates, and remediation plans.

·       Maintain audit evidence repositories and conduct control design and effectiveness reviews.

·       Develop compliance dashboards, audit status reports, risk summaries, and governance metrics.

 

Skill requirements

 

·       Experience in IT governance, risk, audit, compliance, or IT controls.

·       Understanding of IT General Controls, audit evidence, control testing, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting.

·       Familiarity with COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST, or applicable regulatory frameworks.

·       CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001, COBIT, or equivalent certification is advantageous.

 

5. Service Performance Management SME / Workstream Lead

 

Experience: 10+ years

 

You will provide senior operational oversight across the end-to-end IT environment, establish service-performance frameworks, lead governance forums, mentor technical teams, and drive accountability and continual improvement.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·       Provide oversight across Applications, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, IT Security, End User Computing, Service Desk, and IT Service Management.

·       Define and govern SLA, KPI, XLA, operational-metric, and service-health frameworks.

·       Lead service reviews with vendors and internal stakeholders and manage performance escalations.

·       Analyze performance trends and drive Continual Service Improvement initiatives and benefits realization.

·       Establish baselines, benchmarks, maturity assessments, executive dashboards, and target-state improvement plans.

·       Collaborate with ServiceNow, monitoring, reporting, and analytics teams to improve measurement accuracy and automation.

 

Skill requirements

 

·       Broad experience across multiple IT operations and service-management domains.

·       Demonstrated leadership in service-performance management, operational governance, vendor management, and continual improvement.

·       Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, XLAs, benchmarking, maturity assessments, and executive reporting.

·       ITIL 4, COBIT, ServiceNow, SIAM, SRE, or related certification is advantageous.

 

6. IT Monitoring, Observability & Automation Expert

 

Experience: 7+ years

 

You will shape enterprise monitoring and observability across applications, infrastructure, cloud, databases, and networks, while advancing AIOps and automation to improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·       Lead the design, implementation, governance, and improvement of enterprise monitoring and observability capabilities.

·       Own and enhance Dynatrace coverage, configuration, instrumentation, dashboards, alerting, and service mapping.

·       Establish observability standards and drive AIOps use cases using anomaly detection, predictive analytics, root-cause analysis, and event correlation.

·       Optimize alerting to reduce noise and false positives and increase actionable event generation.

·       Implement automation for detection, enrichment, remediation, self-healing, and reduction of repetitive tasks.

·       Integrate monitoring platforms with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM processes, and automation tools and support Major Incident Management.

 

Skill requirements

 

·       Experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, AIOps, event management, or IT operations automation.

·       Hands-on Dynatrace expertise, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, service mapping, dashboards, and alert management.

·       Experience integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM workflows, and orchestration platforms.

·       Understanding of SRE, cloud, applications, databases, networks, incident management, and service reliability.

·       Dynatrace, ServiceNow, cloud, DevOps, SRE, or automation certification is advantageous.

 

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

 

·       A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, Audit, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

·       Relevant professional experience aligned with at least one of the specialist areas above.

·       Experience working in large, complex enterprise or managed-services environments.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

·       Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.
