IT Governance Manager
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and collaborate with various ERP stakeholders within the government entity and other government entities to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives
• Produce high-quality deliverables and presentations tailored for senior leadership within the government entity, ensuring clarity and relevance to strategic objectives
• Manage and oversee end-to-end governance processes for the transformation program, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and best practices
• Produce and manage regular reports that provide insights into project/program progress, risks, and governance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Oversee the escalation process for issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders regarding critical matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience with Project Management, Governance & Reporting experience.
• Experience in IT & Digital Governance
• Experience in project management and technical experience in Oracle ERP or any technology systems implementation
• Experience in Building the framework, process development, strategy management processes
• Having 5 years of experience in IT projects will be highly beneficial
• ITIL or COBIT or any other IT governance certificate
