Assistant Manager- Risk consulting (GRC)- 14 Weeks - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job description
Support the delivery of GRC engagements, including:
Risk assessments and ERM frameworks
Governance frameworks and operating models
Internal control evaluations
Compliance reviews and frameworks
Policy and procedure development
Control testing and monitoring
Conduct current state assessments, identify gaps and support the design of future-state recommendations
Develop client deliverables including reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps
Support project management activities: planning, tracking, reporting and risk mitigation
Coordinate with other internal teams and subject matter experts when needed
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5+ years of experience in consulting or in-house risk/governance functions
Strong understanding of GRC principles, frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO), and regulatory environments
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
