The opportunity

 

We currently have a career opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Cybersecurity Competency in EY, the role will be based in our Jordan Resource Hub (Amman office) and you will be expected to travel extensively for projects across GCC and MENA. The role will be responsible for leading IAM projects or elements of multiple client engagements including monitoring, managed services, service operations and related activities.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

We assist our clients in aligning security management strategy with business goals by managing who has access to which resources and services, as well as enforcing business, privacy, and security policies.

You will work with clients to lead and develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.

You will be involved in developing business portfolio of strategic opportunities in the account-including identifying and closing new business to promote growth and boost revenue.

You will be conducting current state analysis versus the Industry landscape for Access Management solution and identify the roadmap for the same.

 

 IAM program management:

 

  • Service delivery model and strategy planning

  • Industry standard service delivery framework

  • Operating model and governance

  • Service Design and steady state operations

  • Process design and re-engineering

  • Cloud and mobile apps access management

  • Access enforcement implementation

  • Access administration implementation

  • Elevated access management

  • Privileged access management

  • SOD management and other IAM compliance related activities

  • SSO experience in extending or integrating on premises AD with Azure based AD

  • Develop solution for integrations with MS Azure AD

  • Role Based Access Control in Azure

  • Deep knowledge of the following key MS infrastructure technologies and products: Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, DNS

  • Design and implement forest-level Group Policies and OU's.

  • Actual design experience for a multiple forest environment.

  • Works within Microsoft and Linux server environments to drive engineering and development across heterogeneous and in-house developed computing environments so that they collectively complete complex tasks within IAM aligned service applications.

  • Perform development activities using a variety of computer programming languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL), HTML5, JavaScript (JS) and Java Enterprise Development to develop, modify, and manage code aligned business rules that result from same.

  • Provide development support with applications in N Tier, MVC, and SOA Architectures using Java Framework.

  • Exposure and understanding of design techniques with JavaScript, JQuery, Knockout, AngularJS, AJAX, Multithreading, HTML, and REST/Web API.

  • Good understanding of physical and logical data models, including system integration in relational SQL databases, mySQL, Active Directory, LDAP Directories, Unix, and Office 365.

  • Creates or collaborate in the creation of visual mock-ups, prototypes and diagrams, as well as performs or directs testing for compatibility in order to achieve an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies in IAM. 

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the IAM service operations and delivery.

  • Help client in identifying the process improvements and new implementation of security and IT risk solutions

  • Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes and assist with business development opportunities.

  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the firm

  • Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business

  • Experience in Windows PowerShell scripting and Java coding

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • A bachelor's degree / graduate degree in a related field and approximately 6+ years of related work experience

  • Exposure to any identity management tools like Oracle OIM, Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.

  • Technology & delivery experience in one or more of the following: ◦

  • Privileged accounts lifecycle management solutions including managed services and implementation knowledge of products (such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Centrify)

  • User identity lifecycle management solutions including managed services and implementation knowledge of products (such as Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ, RSA Aveksa, CA Identity Governance)

  • Directory services products including managed services and implementation knowledge of products (such as Radiant Logic, Virtual Directory)

  • Role-based access control solutions including managed services and implementation knowledge of products (such as Saviynt IAG, SailPoint IIQ, Aveksa)

  • Single sign-on and federation solutions including managed services and implementation knowledge of products (such as Azure AD, MFA, ForgeRock, ADFS, Siteminder, OKTA)

  • An understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI

  • Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL.

  • Web Technologies: XML is a must, WebSphere or WebLogic or Tomcat

  • Operating systems: Linux, Unix Server, Windows 2012 Server or Later

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certification desired

  • Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to speak and work with Business Units, IT director, VP, CISO and IT teams
