Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and friendly Office administrator to join our team at EY Latvia. The office administrator will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Book and manage EY employees business trips.
- Follow safety procedures to maintain office security and control access via the reception desk.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Purchase necessary stationary and supplies for the office.
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Higher education will be considered as an advantage.
- Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a comparable customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional, customer service attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues as they arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in Latvian and English.

Salary: EUR 1400 – 1600 gross. (Specific salary will depend on candidate experience, skills and the range might vary)
