Join our Marketing Communication team in Baltics to coordinate Employer Branding activities in Latvia.
The opportunity
When you join EY as a Lead Employer Branding Coordinator (temporary position) in Latvia, you will share the outstanding EY experiences that attract and retain the best talents and drive innovative branding approaches that position EY as an unparalleled employer of choice.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Brand, Marketing& Communications leader and Talent leader to craft and implement branding strategies in line with EY’s standards, while also developing precise candidate profiles to inform our messaging and content.
- Participate in developing and implementing the Baltic Internal Communications strategy, ensuring effective Employee Value Proposition (EVP) activation across the organization.
- Engage in partnerships with educational institutions and industry groups to widen our employer brand’s influence.
- Coordinate high-impact events, webinars, and campus initiatives to elevate EY Baltics’ prominence.
- Generate captivating content for diverse digital channels and manage social media interactions to bolster EY Baltics’ reputation as a top-tier employer, collaborating with various teams to blend branding efforts with wider company goals.
- Leverage analytics to optimize branding tactics, maintaining awareness of market trends and competitor activities to ensure EY’s standing as a leading employer in the dynamic Baltic marketplace
Attributes to thrive in the role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or related roles.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of branding and event marketing.
- Fluent English and Latvian language knowledge as we work internationally.
- Knowledge of the Baltic job market and cultural dynamics a plus.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to foster relationships.
- Skilled in project management and multitasking.

Salary: 2800 - 3600 EUR gorss (depending on the experience)
