The opportunity

As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will assist in various technology consulting projects, analyzing business requirements, as you build your knowledge and experience.

Your key responsibilities

• Interact with consultants to gather necessary data and information;
• Support technology consulting engagements;
• Clearly and accurately document business requirements and project deliverables as defined by the engagement objectives.

Skills and attributes for success

• Drive to gain a deep understanding of IT and business processes, with motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in the field.
• A proper mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written Latvian and English language skills.
• Ability to work full-time during the summer.
