Job Summary:
Join EY's Cybersecurity and Resilience Team to protect digital assets and secure critical infrastructure in Latvia and across Europe. Progress as a professional in cyber risk management, security strategies, operating models for security management, and project management for cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging in the development and execution of digital projects by integrating cyber resilience and transformation strategies,
- Conducting industry research on best practice analysis,
- Developing insights and recommendations for the Client,
- Delivering technical documented outputs.
- Building effective relationships with team members and clients to drive results.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Successful candidates must have:
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills, alongside communication and collaboration competencies.
- You should be highly motivated and curious about Cybersecurity, with a desire to contribute to a resilient digital ecosystem.
- Business analysis and problem-solving skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to professional growth are essential.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in information security management, process analysis, risk management, monitoring and assessment.
- Candidates should have or be working towards a bachelor's degree with a strong interest in Cybersecurity and resilience or have higher education diploma in a Computer science or related field.
- Understanding of European EU Cybersecurity strategy, NIS directive, ENISA standards, GDPR.
- Skills in business process analysis, controls testing, report writing and presentation.
- Experience in project coordination or project management.

Compensation:
Salaries range from 3000 EUR gross, with positions available for various experience levels.
