Manager Profile
- Years of Experience: 8-10 years
- Minimum Qualifications of 5 years in payroll technology implementations.
Main Role:
The Client Implementation team plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects throughout their lifecycle, particularly in the realm of technology. This role extends beyond just DigiPay, encompassing the full spectrum of global tools and services that EY offers. As the primary liaison, the Client Implementation team ensures that clients receive expert guidance and support at every stage of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, actively listening to their needs and expectations to foster strong relationships.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document their specific needs for system setup, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Implementation Planning: Design and implement strategic plans that are meticulously aligned with client payroll calendars, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Change Management: Equip clients for transitions in processes and systems, facilitating seamless adaptations to new methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Cultivate transparent communication with all stakeholders, effectively conveying project objectives, milestones, and updates.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized records of project requirements, design decisions, and user guides to support ongoing reference and training.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
Skills Required:
- Technology Project Management: Expertise in managing technology-driven projects from inception to completion.
- Comprehensive Document Management: Proficient in organizing and maintaining essential project documentation.
- Advanced Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage with diverse audiences.
- Comprehensive Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Skills Must Have:
- Leadership and Business Acumen: Strong leadership qualities and a solid understanding of business operations.
- Steering Committee Meeting Facilitation: Ability to effectively manage and lead Steering Committee meetings.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in identifying challenges and devising innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to implement Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle and other system of records.
