Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Oversee and orchestrate the entire DevSecOps solution build project from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define application-wise requirements
• Coordinate between various application and supporting teams to drive the DevSecOps solution build and onboarding of applications
• Organize and drive team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Ensure efficient resource allocation to facilitate timely completion of project tasks and milestones
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project status updates to bank stakeholders
• Continuously assess and identify risks to project completion and chart plan to mitigate the same
• Ensure project delivery follows banking regulations and internal policies
• Ensure adherence of delivery methodology with project management best practices
• Collaborate with application teams to chart and implement onboarding plan 7 years or more of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in DevOps/DevSecOps delivery Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in the financial sector Demonstrated experience in managing DevSecOps or similar projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies (ex: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Computer Applications
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
