Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.
Technical Excellence
Relevant experience as functional consultants/configurators (not users), within consulting/professional service firms/IT Majors/GCCs with exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP (FICO Module), Oracle Apps, MS Dynamics, Hyperion, Tableau/Spotfire/Qlikview etc
Strong project management, stakeholder management and change management experience
Deep understanding and experience of R2R process diagnostic, remediation and to-be design
Understanding and exposure of well-known and widely used finance technology such as blackline, S4 Hana, BPC, BI/BW, Anaplan, Analytics etc.
Basic to moderate understanding of accounting standards like IFRS, USGAAP etc.
Good exposure with respect to R2R process like FSCP, Account reconciliation, Lease and fixed assets accounting etc.
Proficient in drafting of accounting policies and process documents
Basic to moderate exposure to financial planning, budgeting and forecasting (FP&A) process
To qualify for the role you must have
A qualified CA/ MBA (Finance)
Minimum of 6 years of relevant post qualification experience
