Cross Solution – Transformation Delivery and Margin expansion leader - Senior Manager - Global Managed Services

The opportunity
The purpose of this position is to lead digital transformation initiatives cross solution service delivery teams with an aim to automate processes, improve client experience, reduce risk and drive profit expansion across GMS client relationships.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead large portfolio of margin expansion programs with commitment to deliver a world class return on investments
- Lead large technology platform/solution delivery programs for clients end to end
- Perform assessment of current business processes deployed within EY managed service operation and identify digital injection/AI/automation opportunities
- Design optimum target state (digital) process design
- Perform competitive automation tools assessment and take best contextual decisions on automation tools including EY’s existing partners and leading market tools
- Construct and present fully develop digital transformation/AI/ automation business case to EY and Client leadership team, seek investment
- Identify ML/AI injection opportunities to client’s business processes
- Lead cross functional technology change projects to own and execute automation projects end to end
- Own and deliver on a profit expansion mandate with clear annual target ($)
- Portfolio , Project governance, monitoring and reporting for executive leadership team in GMS as well as in client’s organization
- Estimate and report benefits in terms of efficiency, revenue, profit and risk elimination
- Communicate and achieve consensus among stakeholders on automation projects status and benefit
Skills and attributes for success
- Enterprise level process modelling experience
- Data Flow Design experience
- Business analysis & design thinking
- Automation design
- Process re-engineering skills (Lean, sixsigma) is a plus
- IPA (UI path, automation anywhere, blueprism)
- Workflow (Servicenow, MS Power apps, Pega, other low code/no code tools)
- BI (PowerBI/tableau/Qlick)
- AI/ML integration (azure, google, Pega) into business operation etc.

- 15+ years experience
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Technology graduation or post graduation
- Experience of delivering enterprise grade transformation portfolio with significant ROI / profit expansion
- Deep experience in managed service delivery / shared service / outsourcing
- Intelligent Process Automation (IPA/RPA)
- Prior experience in consulting or BPO or service delivery operation (12+ years)
- Experience in hands-on and leadership in process automation tools and teams
- Lead large automation/digitization programmes
- Experience in interacting with senior client personnel including C-level
- Experience of working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Be proficient in assessing options (e.g. risk, performance and cost-benefit) and informing decision-makers with persuasive visualizations based upon assessment outputs
- Can coordinate / collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographies
- Manage Matrix teams with participants in multiple geographies
- This role requires flexibility in working with various Client and EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zones
- Ready to travel if required
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in integrated managed / outsourced services solutions primarily around
- Risk: Transform the risk and controls functions and outcomes of the business, including enterprise risk, enterprise resilience, compliance, internal audit, and controls and protect value across stakeholders in the long term
- Finance: transform their finance functions and drive value creation by making finance more agile (responsive, insightful and efficient) to support better scalability, decision-making and enterprise-wide performance
- Integrated Workforce Mobility: Tax, Immigration, Compensation, Assignment & Social Security
- IT outsourcing models, Cloud/Saas/Paas solutions and the role of IT in digital change
- You may have certification in LSS, CSM, TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, CSPO
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and Agile Methodology
- You will have core understanding of the big four and their got-to-market propositions
