About Global Delivery Services
Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.
Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.
You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

Your Key Responsibilities
Staff typically support engagements through operational reporting, data analytics, process automation, maintenance of data repositories, internal staffing and quality trackers, and eDiscovery technology and reporting support. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work with large datasets to generate meaningful insights, performance metrics, and reporting solutions.
Staff work closely with EY Forensics teams to deliver accurate and timely reporting, enhance operational efficiency through automation, and support eDiscovery workflows across multiple engagements.
As a staff, you will be handling the following responsibilities –
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare hourly, end-of-day (EOD), weekly, monthly and ad hoc operational reports and workflow data from eDiscovery platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and visualisations using Excel and Power BI to monitor reviewer productivity, accuracy, attendance, document volumes and key engagement metrics.
- Generate engagement-related reports including productivity reports, accuracy reports, time deviation reports, platform usage reports, billing support reports and operational metrics.
- Validate, reconcile and analyse data to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency and completeness.
- Ensure timely generation and distribution of reports to engagement teams and stakeholders.
- Format various business presentations, excel spreadsheets etc.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Develop, maintain and enhance Excel-based reporting tools, dashboards and automation solutions.
- Create, modify and troubleshoot VBA macros to streamline reporting activities, automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through innovative reporting and workflow solutions.
Administrative Support & eDiscovery
- Support engagements through reporting, workflow management and operational support activities.
- Work with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, ProSearch and similar technologies to extract data, generate reports and support workflow administration.
- Assist with assignment management, workflow tracking and maintenance of engagement records and operational documentation.
- Maintaining data repository of service line documents and reports.
- Coordinating with all levels including Manager+ for reporting purposes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with engagement teams and global stakeholders to support operational and reporting requirements.
- Develop, enhance and format PowerPoint presentations, proposal decks, RFP responses, capability documents, team profiles/CVs and other business presentations based on stakeholder requirements, ensuring professional quality, consistency and adherence to EY branding standards.
- Support engagement teams in creating and maintaining presentation materials for client meetings, leadership reviews, business development initiatives and other strategic requirements.
- Communicate findings, issues and recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within established deadlines.
Skills and attributes for success
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, dashboard creation, data analysis, data validation and conditional formatting.
- Experience developing, modifying and troubleshooting VBA Macros and Excel-based automation tools.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
- Exposure to eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, ProSearch or similar litigation support technologies.
- Experience working with large datasets, workflow analysis, operational reporting and data reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
Ideally, you’ll also need to possess the below skill sets
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment. Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas, collaboration with stakeholders, and the delivery of high-quality work products.
Team player: Works collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders, contributing effectively in a team-oriented environment.
What we look for
- 0–2 years of experience in Litigation Support, Reporting, Data Analytics, Legal Operations or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in developing reports, dashboards, workflow trackers and automation solutions using Excel and Power BI.
- Exposure to eDiscovery platforms, reporting automation and litigation support operations will be an added advantage.
